About

E.P. Foster is a husband, father, U.S. Air Force veteran, and public servant who has spent more than thirty years working in corporate, nonprofit, and municipal finance. 

He's not writing from the other side of anything. He's experienced failure, financial hardship, and the long, slow process of rebuilding, and he writes from inside that process, not from a finish line. 

He's the founder of Gentle Shepherd Media and the host of In The Middle Of All This podcast, and the author of In The Middle Of All This, Master the Mess, and the forthcoming Strong & Courageous. 

He lives in New York's Capital Region with his wife.
